Brief Introduction
1.Input starch and water into the feeding tank in a certain proportion.
2.The starch milk was heated at first. After reaching the predetermined temperature of the reaction, the reaction reagent was added, and the temperature and PH value were strictly controlled.
3.Testing the index of starch milk. When the modified starch meets the requirement, adjust the starch size to neutral, cool down and stop the reaction.
4.Wash and concentrate starch milk by removing residual chemical reagents and impurities through cyclone.
5.Dehydration: The water content in starch is separated by high-speed rotation of centrifuge, and the solid content is increased.
6.Drying, through hot air system, further drying of products, reducing water content.
7.Packing is measured according to requirements by automatic measuring packaging scale.
